Move-in cleaning service completed in Menifee, CA.

For this job, we completed our Full Comprehensive Turf Cleaning Package, including machine cleaning, pet odor treatment, and full-yard sanitization to get the yard refreshed and ready for the new homeowners.

We also pressure washed the side yard using our surface cleaner to remove built-up dirt and grime.

Today's job was a little different. Our customer was hosting a child's birthday party in the afternoon and wanted the entire yard cleaned and sanitized before guests arrived.

We completed a full-yard sanitization, including the artificial turf, concrete, decorative rock areas, and all surrounding walkways.

We also pressure washed and surface cleaned the front entry tile, including degreasing to remove buildup and stains.

To finish things off, we soft washed portions of the home's exterior stucco to remove mildew and organic growth buildup.

For this commercial Townhome property in Wildomar, CA, we fully cleaned and sanitized around 1,000 sq. ft. of artificial turf, including a full machine cleaning to remove debris and refresh the surface.

One thing you’ll notice in our photos — we don’t just clean the turf and leave the surrounding areas messy. As we work our way out, we generally rinse and clean up the concrete and areas around the turf so the entire space looks clean and pristine when we leave.

This home had about 400 sq. ft. of turf and received our full comprehensive package — machine cleaning and de-compaction, pet odor treatment, UV protection, minor maintenance, and a full-yard sanitization to treat more than just the turf itself.

We performed our sub-surface turf injection to treat odor below the turf, followed by a top-side odor treatment and full-yard sanitization.

This customer went with our full cleaning package, which included machine brushing, deep cleaning, pet odor treatment, sanitization of the entire yard and turf, UV protection, and minor maintenance.

We also noticed a small area of turf melting. This type of damage can happen from intense window reflection or even reflection off vinyl fencing. Unfortunately, cleaning won’t repair melted turf, but we make sure our customers know what caused it and how to help prevent further damage. There are products on the market that can help reduce the effects of concentrated sunlight and reflections.

How do we measure your property? So you know you’re paying for exactly what we clean.

When you request a quote from Total Turf Care, we first use Google Maps to get a general measurement of your turf or concrete areas. This gives us a good starting point for your estimate.

Once we're at your property, we take it a step further. We use a LiDAR measuring app to get the exact square footage of the areas we're servicing — whether it's artificial turf or concrete for pressure washing.

We generally allow a 50 sq. ft. grace range if the actual measurement ends up being slightly larger. Most of the time, however, the actual measurement is less than our initial estimate, and when it is, we adjust the price down in your favor.

We'll also text you a screenshot of exactly what we measured, so you can see the areas we're charging for and how your final price was calculated.

No guessing. No inflated measurements. Just accurate measurements, honest pricing, and complete transparency.
