GPM, sprayer ratios, injector sizing, dilution rates, application volume, coverage… there’s a lot more to it than just spraying.

We use two different processes depending on whether we’re sanitizing or treating pet odors, and our odor removal formula is specifically selected to perform in the California summer heat. And yes… there’s definitely a little bit of a secret formula involved. 🤫

Another commercial townhome community in Murrieta got a fresh cleanup for their dog park 🐕 and playground 🛝.

The dog park got a serious deep clean. We brought in our professional trailer-mounted equipment to thoroughly clean and sanitize the turf, followed by our pet odor treatment to tackle the buildup and odors that come with heavy daily use.

We also hauled in our own water for the job, so we didn’t have to use the community’s water or inconvenience any of the residents.

Once the dog park was done, we moved over to the playground. We degreased and sanitized the entire play structure and pressure washed the surrounding park benches.

These areas get a ton of use, especially the dog parks, so they can really benefit from a good professional cleaning.

We genuinely enjoy working with our commercial communities and seeing the difference when the job is done. 🐾🐕

This is why artificial turf needs to be professionally cleaned.

This Riverside County home had a serious amount of dog hair, dirt, and buildup trapped down in the turf. The picture shows just how much came out during the cleaning.

We completed a full turf cleaning and also pressure washed the concrete squares running through the middle of the turf while we were there.

A lot of what gets trapped in artificial turf isn’t always visible from the surface. After a proper cleaning, the difference is in the details — cleaner turf, fresher smell, and a much better overall appearance.

Another large transformation completed in Vista!

This property had thousands of square feet of outdoor surfaces professionally cleaned between the artificial turf and concrete areas.

The turf received our Full Comprehensive Cleaning Package, including pet-odor removal, full-yard sanitization, debris removal, machine cleaning, and UV protection. We also pressure washed and degreased the concrete stairways, walkways, porch areas, and railings throughout the property.

We started with over 2,000 sq. ft. of concrete, completing a full degreasing and surface-cleaning pressure wash, followed by a post-treatment to help brighten everything up.

Another full property cleanup in the books in Menifee!

This one got the complete treatment from front to back. We started by cleaning the artificial turf and taking care of the pet odors. Then we moved to the backyard, pressure washing around the pool and patio before knocking out the side yard.

From there, we finished up front with a full driveway degreasing and pressure wash. After all the concrete was cleaned, we applied a post-treatment across the entire property to brighten the concrete and give it a more even, finished look.

We also soft washed the exterior of the home using a sodium hypochlorite solution to safely remove dirt, mildew, and cobweb buildup without the need for high pressure. It made a huge difference and really brought the curb appeal back.

Nothing beats seeing a property completely refreshed when it's all done.

Today’s project was a fun one. We completed a full front and backyard pressure washing service, including the driveway, side yard, and all backyard concrete areas.

After cleaning, we applied a post-treatment to help brighten the concrete and bring back a cleaner-looking finish.
