This holiday season, we give thanks for our wonderful clients and beloved furry companions. Wishing you all a safe, healthy, and happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 🍂

Some Thanksgiving favorites are dangerous for pets. Avoid onions. raisins. chocolate. fatty turkey skin and dark meat. and any cooked bones. Keep food out of reach and secure the trash. If a pet eats something risky, call your veterinarian or poison control right away.
Holiday gatherings can be stressful. set up a quiet space and remind guests to watch the doors. Safe treats let pets join the celebration without the risks.

Thanksgiving is about good food, good company and good pets. You may want to give your furry friend a taste of something that’s on your plate, but it’s a good idea to make sure it’s safe for them to eat first. Luckily, we’ve made a list of holiday foods to enjoy (yum!) and holiday foods to avoid (no-no!) for your pet.

We are feeling incredibly grateful this holiday season. 🧡

At Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre, a thoughtful client surprised our team with Thanksgiving cupcakes and the sweetest note of appreciation.

At Harbourside Animal Hospital, another wonderful client gifted each team member a Starbucks card as a holiday thank-you for the care we provide their pets.

Gestures like these mean the world to our entire team. Thank you for trusting us with your pets and for allowing us to be a small part of your family’s story.

From all of us at Cross Creek and Harbourside, we are so thankful for YOU and your four-legged family members. 🐾🦃✨
