Fun times today but man it sure got hot and thr gnats!!! OMG they are sooooo bad the pups aren't able to stay out certain times of the day. They are swarming everywhere!! What's some good to repellents for pets you like to use? I used a peppermint based spray last year but the gnats werent as bad!
Golden Girls and Blue went home yesterday. Service was out so couldnt post our day. Blues mama was happy with how chilled he was. Im sure the girls slept great last night. 😀
We welcomed back Miss Jules also. She isnt the biggest fan of Miss Mollies energy so shes been chilling inside most of her stay. Shes a senior and prefers to be inside. She likes to hang in the middle room during her stays here. Sweet girl!! 😀Shes here for a few weeks. Miss Nova has made her glorious return. She is all healed up and super happy to be back. She loves playing with the other pups. Shes still the only dog that keeps Bingo from climbing the fence! He was super happy to see her back. Even Rocky is ok with Nova. He doesnt hide in the corner from her so the three of them get to chill in one of the yards and Mollie, Winnie, and Luke are in the other. Keeping em small for my sanity! Lol

Last outs are done and everybody is tucked in and quiet. Supposed to start raining soon but hopefully will be done by first outs. Pups are used to those 6 am mornings! More importantly........their bladder are used to it hahahahahahaha.

Lol Miss Candy and all her personality!! :) Remember shes available for adoption through Champs Chance Inc . Young pup, loves people, must be the only dog in the home, loves to go for walks, super sweet couch potato. Lower drive, lower energy if shes taken for walks daily and allowed to sniff. Crate trained, house trained, pretty chilled pup.

Such a pretty sunrise this morning. Sorry we have been quiet the last couple days but.....lawn guy ran over my satellite cord and we have not had internet! New cord, back up and running, and now I can post! 😀 Lack of service kinda sucks! Hope everybody is staying cool today. Back later with some pup updates!

Miss Candy's idea of personal space! Lol she would climb on top of me if I let her!!

Candy is between 1 and 2 years old, vaccinated, spayed, and the sweetest girl! She is available for adoption or foster through Champs Chance Inc . Her ideal person would be single or a couple with no plans for children, active a couple days a week, likes to go on walks, runs, or even a bike ride that she can go along for. She loves going in the car or just lounging on the couch. She is selective with other dogs but has learned to tolerate them without lunging, growling, or snarling for walks however she would need to be the only dog in the home. This is non negotiable. She doesnt need a yard as long as she gets out for walks daily and can blow off some energy a couple times a week. She has a horrible past but does not hold grudges and absolutely loves people!! She is a super sweet girl that deserves a forever happy home. Contact the rescue if interested in meeting her. You will love her from the start.

Honey Girl. Remember this girl is still looking for her forever home or foster. She does great with fixed males with proper intros but cannot handle her arousal state around other females and instigates fights. Tons of energy, young puo, decent toy drive, treat motivated, can be trained into any direction including sports and SAR, and has learned a lot of impulse control and obedience. She is still a work in progress and needs a firm but understanding active home. She will not do well just let outside or taken for a walk. It is believed she is a Greyhound/Mali mix. She needs active engagement, calm and assertive boundaries and limitations, and someone who can help her finish becoming the amazing pup I know she is. She is available through Champs Chance Inc .

Fun times in the social yards today. Rocky has finally chilled enough and is happily joining the social yard. He loves playing with the Golden Girls and Mollie. Golden Girls got dropped off just for the night but Im always happy to have them here. We did get muddy, def got caught in the rain several times, may be a tad bit dirty and wet but we still had fun today!! Sadee did a bee line for the mud puddle literally 2 minutes after she was dropped off. She had to be hosed off she was so muddy! No worries Mollie and Luke decided to join in the adventure! They also were hosed off!! 😀 Well everybody is back in now. Still need to do last outs but I let them stay out longer for 3rd outs. Headed to get em all out once more so see everybody later.
