We've been notified that scammers are posing as Planters EMC employees, claiming members have overpaid, and asking for personal financial information to process a refund.
Remember:
✅ Protect your sensitive information. We do contact members by phone occasionally, but it's always okay to verify it's really us. Ask for the representative's name or what office he/she is calling from.
✅ If someone pressures you to act immediately or you're unsure about your account status, hang up and call us directly.
✅ Report suspicious calls to our office so we can help warn other members.
