There are some moments in training when you get a special call for an emergency case that needs intervention NOW, regardless of your schedule. Today was one of those days.

Enter - Bonsai.

Bonsai is a 14 month old Mal mix that came from a bad situation as a puppy, and learned that putting his teeth on humans (aggressively - mostly on mom) made scary situations for him stop.

So, he got his emergency intervention on our technical "day off".

While his case is going to take time and effort, we're thrilled to report that after today's 2+ hour session - both mom and Bonsai left cool, collected, and thrilled with their new level of communication (and control)!

So very thrilled with their progress, as some cases just need a little "more", and this is one of them!
