Please join me in saying a sweet Happy Birthday to this beautiful lovely lady, Claudette. Co-founder of the rescue, cancer survivor, certified life coach and life skills facilitator and one of the strongest ladies I know. This rescue/refuge has been a big part of her life she’s poured so much into. She works hard everyday to provide a safe haven for the horses and humans. Show her some love in the comments!

One client spot just opened.

I’m interviewing new 1:1 clients (I only take on 3 at a time) this week.

This work is for leaders who are doing well on paper, but carrying too much alone.

Here are the kinds of problems I help solve:

• Decisions that keep getting delayed because everything feels high-stakes
• Growth that’s stalled, even though effort hasn’t slowed
• A leadership team that’s capable, but misaligned or overly dependent on you
• People issues quietly draining energy, trust, or momentum
• Innovation that feels risky instead of strategic
• A sense that you’re holding the business together instead of leading it forward
• No real place to think clearly, pressure-test decisions, or set things down

If you’re a fit, there’s a special January 1:1 rate for those joining my client family this month.

One spot. Intentional work. Real traction.

If this is you, message me and we’ll see if it makes sense to talk.

No rush. Just clarity.

❄️ Winter Freeze Preparation Tips for Our Water Customers
Cold weather can cause pipes to freeze and burst, leading to costly repairs and water loss. Here’s how you can protect your home and keep water flowing during freezing temperatures:
1. Keep Indoor Pipes Warm
Maintain your thermostat at 55°F or higher, even if you’re away.
Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate around pipes.
2. Protect Outdoor Plumbing
Disconnect and drain garden hoses.
Use insulated faucet covers or some type of faucet freeze protection.
3. Let Faucets Drip
During extreme cold, let a small stream of cold water run from the highest faucet in your home to keep water moving through the pipes.
4. Know Your Main Shut-Off Valve
Locate and label your home’s main water shut-off valve in case of a burst pipe.
5. If You Suspect a Frozen Pipe
Turn off the main water supply immediately (Most homes should have a customer shut off valve in front of the water meter.)
Use gentle heat (like a hair dryer) to thaw — never use an open flame.
Call a licensed plumber if needed.
