Now that I'm not a vendor at the markets during the summer, I can be an actual customer! Here's a little haul from some of my fav vendors at A Community Affair Farmers Market Surprise location (American Furniture off Waddell/303)
This market is open during the summer with hours of 7am-12pm (follow their page for hour updates, it may vary)

Omg guys I can not even express how thankful, appreciative, and loved I feel 😭 I haven't even met my 2year mark with this business and the amount of support with the last year alone is SO AMAZING THANK YOU!
I am honored to be nominated, voted in, and now winning along side such great groomers throughout the valley. Though I do not do full grooms, my niche within the grooming world has made such an impact to the west valley. You guys show me how much my service is needed and appreciated. If it's me being mobile and coming to you, me offering an affordable option at markets, having you apart of the process so your dog feels more comfortable, or the fact that I'm the only who has been able to successfully do your dogs nails... my service is loved and I feel it!!
This wouldn't be possible without you guys, so thank you for all who took the time to vote and spread my name across the west valley. I LOVE YOU

Wanda the Pug- a fan favorite!
You guys loved Wanda from her past video and pic of her shoving her face in the pillow, hating life 😂
Wanda is on a 4 week reoccurring schedule with a dremel Add-On. Her nails curl and the dremel grinds as close to the Quick as possible, helping to recede her quicks back and preventing nail over growth. She's getting use to her monthly pawdicure as long as I'm feeding her treats. We love Wanda!

👍Truth: NO. Nails will never stop growing, regardless of how often they get trimmed or how close to the foot they get.
In severe cases like this, the nail will puncture through the pad, creating a gash that the body will naturally try to push out, while the nail continues to grow deeper inside. This causes pain, swelling, and if not treated, infection.
Every dogs nails will grow differently but if you have a dog whos nails grow curly, like Reggie the Pug here, then getting a regular trim will prevent a curly que from stabbing into the foot.

I am not here to judge or make you feel bad. I am here to educate you and cut your dogs nails. End of story.
Please don't let your fear of being embarrassed or judged be the reason you don't bring your dog in to get any type of maintenance or health check. Your vet/groomer should be educating you and coming up with a wellness plan to prevent this from happening again. If you leave your vet/groomer shamed, you need a new one.

Mobile trim: ChiChi
ChiChi is a regular mobile pup. I've been doing her and her siblings for about a year now. Cheech is what I call
vocally dramatic but does pretty good with trims as long as mom/sister is holding her.
If your dog is drama, most of the time they just need you to hold them 🥰

Caine got a trim with a dremel, and an R2pick2 package with ears and teeth.
With him getting older, trims are becoming a thing, so glad I was able to catch him on a good day.

Man this week has been crazy. With graduation, last week of school, and it being a holiday weekend- lots of unexpected (or forgotten) plans which lead to cancellations/reschedules. This👏 is👏why👏 you👏 jump👏 on👏 my👏 waitlist!
I was able to get a good amount of you off my waitlist and see you sooner than your original appt date. yay!
If you are wanting to schedule soon, I would recommend snagging my soonest appt, jumping on my waitlist, and I will reach out if anything pops up sooner.
I'm getting lots of "do you have anything tomorrow or this week" no. I wasn't kidding when I said summer is my busy season and I get booked very quickly. My regulars take priority, then my waitlist, then new appts. Please be proactive, do not expect an immediate appt, and try and reach out a few weeks before you need a trim.

Anyways, thank you for another busy, successful week. I have Sunday and Monday's off going into the summer, so be patient on weekend communication. I will return messages when I get a chance. Love you guys!

You guys loved Kane's "dane crane" dad made him that I shared in my stories yesterday 😂
If you messaged me saying "omg (enter your dogs name) needs this!" You weren't the only one. I had about 4 clients say the same thing lol
Dad originally made a pulley system from the roof of the garage to help take the jeep top off by himself. He then got the harness custom made for Kane and is now using the pulley system to put him in "air jail" for trims 😂 and it works great! We pulled him up like a big horse, did a quick trim, and he got his feet back on the ground in a few minutes.
If you have a dog who fights trims, an "air jail" pulley system might just be what you need!

Market Trim: Cole
Cole is a regular market client who is very use to trims- he's the bestest boy! He prefers cooked carrots over raw 🥕

I just have so much content from markets that I want to upload, and surprisingly you guys love watching me trim nails, so look forward to all my market footage I now have time to edit lol
