We put up something fun on the website 🏆

The Century Club: every pup who's logged 100 or more stays with us. Some of these dogs have been coming since we opened, and they've got the numbers to prove it.

There are leaderboards too. Most stays overall, most full days, most half days, most overnights 🐕 Plus the good stuff: most walks, most cuddle times, most Barkcuterie boards. If your dog has been racking up treats, we've been keeping count.

And with Labor Day weekend coming up, now's a good time to add a few stays to the tally 🍂 We've still got room, but holiday weekends go fast.

Labor Day weekend is here, and Central Oregon is going out with a bang.

We put together a guide to the whole weekend for folks in Bend, Sunriver, La Pine, and Redmond. A few of the highlights:

🌊 Float the Deschutes or paddle out of the Sunriver Marina 🥾 Smith Rock, Pilot Butte at sunrise, or Big Red down at La Pine State Park 😂 Bend Comedy Festival downtown, September 4 through 6 🎸 Weird Al at Hayden Homes Amphitheater on Sunday night 🍺 Ale Trail patios, most of them dog friendly

We also put in an honest section on bringing the dog along. Central Oregon is a great place to have a pup, but a hot afternoon trail, a crowded festival, or a long day on a boat with no shade is rough on them. If it is too hot for your palm, it is too hot for their paws.

And if your weekend plans do not have room for the dog, that is what we are here for. A day of daycare or a boarding stay means they spend the weekend playing instead of waiting by the door. Holiday weekends book up quick, so give us a shout soon.

We just added something to the website worth a look.

You can now see who's at daycare today, who's coming tomorrow, and the next few days of arrivals: photos, names, half or full day stay, and breeds 🐕 straight from our booking system.

If you're local, check it and see if your pup's buddies are already booked. Holiday weekends fill up fast, and now you can watch it happen instead of guessing 📅

If you're visiting Sunriver, you're going to want to float the river, hit the Village, or get up to the mountain (none of which your dog can join you for 🏔️). We're five minutes from the resort in the business park by the post office. Sign up in our portal and book before you get here so there's no scramble.

Half day $25, full day $48, overnight $60 💤 Feeding and medication included. First-time daycare pups do a quick 2-hour evaluation so we can find the right playgroup, free if you book daycare the same day. No evaluation needed for boarding.

Today marks 1 year since hiring Brittany Shafer, my manager and right hand! Brittany started as an overnight attendant and has proved day in and day out why she is one of the best hires for a dog daycare ever. Today is senior Tuesday!! Some of our senior kiddos came in today! We have spanky and Lulu the dachshunds who are almost 17! Kiya the malamute who is 11. Maggie the black lab who is 10. Rosie the Newfoundland who is almost 9! And our newest addition to the pack Lucy who is 14! These kids still love to come in and socialize and play. You're never too old to pawty!!💖🐶🐾

Today we are celebrating Nugget who came in for his 103rd visit today!! We’ve known Nuggy for a year now and are so pleased with how far he’s come. He used to be so specific about who he played with and how other dogs interacted with him and now he just chills and runs with the pack! Thank you Nugget and Chris for being such a wonderful part of our Sunrover Dog Daycare pack!!!
