Today is Día de los Mu***os, a day to remember those we have loved and lost, to honor their lives, and to welcome their spirits home. And today, more than anything, I hope you can find your way back to me. 🧡
You weren't just my dog. You were my soul dog. My heart. My comfort. A piece of me that I will never get back. 💔
Ever since you passed away, I've felt broken in a way I can't put into words. The world kept moving, but mine changed forever. There are days when the missing you feels just as heavy as it did the moment I said goodbye. 🥺
I would give anything for one more day, one more hug, one more chance to see your face and tell you how much I love you.
So today, I'm lighting your way home. 🕯️ I'm surrounding your memory with your pictures, your paw print, your favorite memories, and all the love that never left when you did.
🙏🏻If the stories are true, and the spirits of those we love can find their way back to us, I hope you know the way, my sweet boy. I hope you feel the warmth of these candles.
