🎉 WE SURVIVED THE SCHEDULING PUZZLE! 🎉

Fluff N’ Stuff is officially moving over to Nami, and I think I finally have all the pieces where they belong. 😂🙌

A few things to know as we make the switch:

📱 Your new Nami reminder/text number is 803-871-9373
This is a two-way text number only — no calls please.

🐾 MoeGo appointment notifications are now turned off, and Nami reminders are turned on.

💳 I’ll still be sending invoices through MoeGo for now, and credit cards will continue to be accepted through January 1st.

✍️ Updated service agreements will also be coming through Nami for everyone to review and sign.

📅 If you’re scheduled during the first week of November, I’ll be reaching out individually with any appointment changes.

Thank you all for being so patient while I’ve been rearranging schedules, learning a new system, accidentally sending emails, and generally trying not to lose my mind. 🤣💕

Well… apparently Miss Tammy and new technology are still getting acquainted. 🤦‍♀️😂

While I’m rearranging everyone’s appointments and building the new November schedule in Nami, I accidentally unleashed a small avalanche of emails and messages. 🙈

Please ignore any Nami notifications for now! I’m still moving things around behind the scenes, so nothing is officially finalized until I say it is.

Once I get this scheduling puzzle whipped into shape, I’ll let everyone know. Until then, if Nami starts talking to you… just pretend you didn’t hear it. 🤣💕

🐾 Exciting Changes Are Coming to Fluff N' Stuff! 🐾

Beginning in November, Fluff N' Stuff will be making a few changes!

After much thought, I've decided to significantly reduce my grooming schedule to just two days per week. With changes in my personal and family life, I've realized the importance of creating a better balance and allowing more time for family. ❤️

With this new chapter comes a few adjustments:

🐩 Limited Availability: My grooming schedule will be much smaller, and unfortunately, I will no longer be able to accommodate every client.

📅 Scheduling Adjustments: As I reorganize appointments, some grooming intervals may temporarily be a little shorter or longer than usual. I appreciate your patience as I work to get everyone settled into their new recurring schedules.

📱 New Scheduling System: I'm excited to be transitioning to a new scheduling program! Appointment reminders and messages will now come from a new number. I'll be communicating individually as appointments are finalized.

⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling: With only two grooming days each week, flexibility for rescheduling will be extremely limited. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you may need to wait until your next regular grooming date. Please be mindful of your appointments, as there will be very little room for changes.

💰 Payment Options: With the continued rise in credit card processing fees, I've decided to simplify our payment options. Beginning in December, Fluff N' Stuff will accept cash, checks, Venmo, and Cash App. Credit cards will no longer be accepted.

This change helps reduce business expenses without passing those additional processing costs along to clients through higher grooming prices. It's one more way to help keep our services affordable while maintaining the quality of care you've come to expect!

I need to let everyone know that Fluff N’ Stuff will be temporarily closed for at least the next week.

Right now, I need to step away from the salon and give my full attention to my family and to getting some very important things finalized. At the end of the week, I’ll see where things stand and make a decision about when I’m able to return to grooming.

If you have an appointment scheduled during this time, please know that I will be in touch as I’m able. I’m asking for a little patience and understanding while I navigate the days ahead.

I love my clients and your pups, and I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and support you’ve always shown me. Right now, I just need to be Tammy, wife and family, for a little while. ❤️

Today was her very first professional grooming appointment, and she was an absolute superstar! ⭐
Puppies who begin grooming early learn that bath time, brushing, drying, nail trims, and haircuts are all just part of life's adventures. Those positive early experiences help create calm, confident dogs for years to come.
And can we talk about that sweet little face? 🥹 I don't think it's possible to be any cuter!

💛 An Important Update from Miss Tammy 💛
To my wonderful Fluff N' Stuff family,
This is one of the hardest posts I've ever had to write.
As many of you know, Tom has been courageously battling pancreatic cancer. We recently learned that his treatment plan is changing, and he will now begin daily radiation treatments along with a new chemotherapy regimen. Our hope is that this treatment will give us more time while we wait for new treatment options to become available.
As you can imagine, this means our days are going to look very different.
After many tears and a lot of soul-searching, I've made the difficult decision to further reduce my grooming schedule. As much as I wish I could continue caring for every single dog that has walked through my doors, I simply can't be everything to everyone right now.
Over the coming weeks, I will be contacting clients individually as I work through my schedule. Unfortunately, this means I will no longer be able to accommodate everyone.
Please know this decision has nothing to do with how much I value you or your sweet pups. If you've trusted me with your furry family member, I am incredibly grateful. You have helped build Fluff N' Stuff into something I never imagined, and I will always be thankful for that.
Right now, I need to make sure I'm able to be where my family needs me most, while continuing to provide the level of care that every dog on my table deserves.
If you're one of the clients I need to step away from, I truly hope you'll continue to follow Fluff N' Stuff here on Facebook. If life allows me to expand my schedule again in the future, I will absolutely make announcements here first. I sincerely hope our paths cross again.
Thank you for your patience, your prayers, your understanding, and your kindness. Your support has carried us through some incredibly difficult days, and I will never forget it.

💛 A Quick Update from Miss Tammy 💛

I wanted to give everyone a little update.

Today we learned that Tom's treatment plan is changing. He will be starting daily radiation treatments along with a new chemotherapy regimen. As we learn what this new schedule looks like and how he's feeling, I may need to make some temporary adjustments to my grooming schedule.

At this time, no immediate changes are being made, but I wanted to give everyone a heads-up that some appointments may need to be adjusted over the coming weeks. If your appointment is affected, I will contact you personally.

Thank you all for your continued patience, understanding, prayers, and kindness. The support you have shown our family throughout this journey has meant more than I can ever put into words.

My goal remains the same—to continue providing the best care possible for your wonderful pups while also being where my family needs me most during this season.

Beginning tomorrow, Fluff N' Stuff will be transitioning to my new alternating schedule.
