Great news — Critter has released a brand-new Help Site! 🎉🐾 I’d love for you all to take a peek and get familiar with it. I know new software can be a little frustrating at first, but learning the app will make booking and reminders so much easier for everyone.

I’m really excited to be working with Critter — their developers are amazing to work with! 💻✨ They respond quickly and truly value the input of groomers, which means the app just keeps getting better.

Thick coats + heat = itchy, uncomfortable pups. But don’t worry, that’s where Miss Tammy comes in! ✨

Important floof fact: Double-coated breeds (like Huskies, Shepherds, Goldens, and more) should never be shaved ❌✂️. Their coat is designed to protect them — shaving can actually damage it and make them hotter.
