This little one absolutely insisted on being found.
From the moment he was discovered, it was clear he had no intention of being overlooked. Now that he is safe, all he wants is love, attention, and plenty of lap time. 🥹

This tiny biscuit-making machine has been kneading nonstop, soaking up every pet, cuddle, and kind word they can get. It’s amazing how such a small kitten can have such a big personality—and an even bigger heart.

📢 Important Emergency Veterinary Care Update for Marion County Pet Owners

Beginning June 15, 2026, UF Pet Emergency Treatment Services (UF PETS) on SW 27th Avenue in Ocala will permanently close its current location. UF has announced that all small animal emergency services will be consolidated at the UF Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC), which will begin providing 24/7 emergency care for pets.

🐾 New Emergency Care Location:
📍 UF Veterinary Hospital at World Equestrian Center
1156 NW 81st Terrace Road
Ocala, FL

⏰ Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week starting June 15

This change means that pet owners in our area will continue to have access to emergency veterinary care around the clock, but emergency visits that previously would have gone to UF PETS on SW 27th Avenue will now be seen at the WEC facility.

At Country Oaks Veterinary Clinic, we are committed to helping you navigate emergency situations. If your pet experiences a medical emergency after hours, please contact the UF Veterinary Hospital at WEC or the nearest available emergency veterinary facility.
