🐾As an appointment-based business, we kindly request that you arrive on time. Late arrivals can disrupt our carefully planned schedule, causing your groomer to feel rushed, your dog to become stressed, and subsequent appointments to be delayed. When you cancel at short notice, it can be difficult to accommodate you again due to our booked schedule. Although we make every effort to be understanding, especially in emergency situations, please note that canceling may result in losing your spot.

🐾No-shows can have a significant impact on our business, as it is often impossible to fill the vacancy on short notice. To minimize expenses, we do not send text reminders. Instead, we provide reminder cards and ask that you take responsibility for noting your scheduled appointment.

🐾We appreciate your respect for our business operations and kindly request that you be punctual, respectful, and timely in rebooking. Please note that Dirty Pawz is currently fully booked for the next five weeks.

Good morning! ☀️

I’ve been struggling to find the right words for this message. Many of you may not know that Norma, my first groomer at Dirty Pawz, has also been my best friend since we were 16—20 years of cherished friendship. It truly breaks my heart to share that she has decided to move to Tennessee to open her own shop. This change will be tough for all of us, especially for me. Working alongside such a dedicated and dog-loving person has been a joy.

Norma, we wish you all the success in the world—you’re going to thrive in Tennessee!

With this transition, scheduling appointments is becoming a bit more challenging. Our Saturdays are fully booked until July, and we’re currently booked solid until the second week of June. I highly recommend pre-booking your appointments to secure your spots.

We are pleased to inform our valued customers that Dirty Pawz 🐾 is currently experiencing high demand, with bookings extending until Thursday, April 17th, and our next available Saturday appointment on May 3rd. In order to avoid disappointment, we highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment at your earliest convenience. Please also note that Dirty Pawz does not provide text reminders for appointments, so we kindly request that you make a note of your appointment in your calendar. We proudly maintain a traditional approach to scheduling, using pen and paper, and do not intend to adopt electronic reminders.
