We had an amazing 2 weeks in 🌶️Culpeper🌶️! All of the horses & riders were great, with everyone earning themselves a tricolor! We always enjoy our time at HITS, & can’t wait to return again in August! Highlights from the 2 weeks include:

🌶️Evynn Morelli & her ‘Smallwood Emma’ were 🏆Champion Week 1 in the Small/Medium Children’s Pony Hunters & tied for Reserve Champion week 2! They also did their first derby together, where they finished 8th!

🌶️Evynn also teamed up with ‘Pentens Icy’ for a 2 weeks of many firsts, including stepping into the Medium Pony Hunters division for the first time, where they had great trips each week. They also finished 🏆Champion in the Schooling Pony Hunters week 2! So excited for the future with ‘Frozen’ ❄️

🌶️Grace Littreal & her ‘Epics La Mia’ finished 🏆Reserve Champion in the Small Junior Hunters winning 2 over fences classes! ‘Mia’ & Sam were also Reserve Champion in the 3’3” Performance only doing half the division!

🌶️Haley Price & Price Farms ‘Ufeelme’ finished 🏆Champion in the 15-17 Children’s Hunters & 🥈 in the NAL/WIHS Classic!

🌶️Jordan Atwell-Purcell & Allrsfarm’s ‘Moncler’ teamed up together where they finished 🏆Reserve Champion in the 18-35 Adult Hunters & WON the NAL/WIHS Adult Hunter Classic! ‘Moe’ & Jordan were also Champion in the Modified Adult Hunters on Friday!

🌶️Brittany & her ‘Bise Du Rouet’ WON 🏆 the $4,000 NAL/WIHS JR/AM Classic Week 1 & finished 8th Week 2!

🌶️Shadow Ridge Farms ‘Quoted’ & Sam were 🏆Champion in the USHJA 2’9” Hunters Winning 3 over fences!

🌶️Lauren Delalla’s ‘Simply Sensational EA’ went his first horse show, & finished 🏆Reserve Champion in the Baby Greens winning multiple classes!

🌶️Elin Moen-Schlieders ‘Stargold Balou’ finished with multiple top 3 ribbons in the 3’ Greens & 3’ USHJA Hunters tying for 🏆Reserve Champion!

🌶️Many thanks to Melvin & Olman for their hard work each & everyday, & for turning the horses out perfectly each time they go to the ring! We are so fortunate to have them! And thank you to Lorelei for all your hard work everyday helping organize everything.

Catching up on summer horse show posts! -

🪨 Split Rock II was a blast for our group! All of the horses as riders were great, earning top ribbons out of a super group of competition! Some highlights from the week include:

🪨 Price Farms’ ‘Ufeelme’ had multiple top 3 placings in the 15-17 Children’s Hunters, with Haley Price showing him for the first time! They also finished 3rd in the NAL/WIHS Classic as well! Sam & ‘Uno’ finished 7th and 9th respectively out of 80+ horses in the 3’3” Performance!

🪨 Ella Tarumianz teamed up with Evynn Morelli’s ‘Orchard Hills Dipped in Gold’ where they had multiple top placings including a 🥈 in the Large Pony Hunter Handy! Thank you Ella for the great rides!

🪨 Grace Littreal and her ‘Epic’s La Mia’ finished 4th in the 3’3” Small Handy Hunter with other great trips during the week, which helped set her up for a successful JHF 🎉 Sam and ‘Mia’ also finished 9th and 10th out of 80+ horses in the 3’3” Performance!

🪨 ‘Bise Du Rouet’ and Brittany had great rounds in the 1.10m Adult Amateur jumpers, including an 8th in the Power & Speed!

🪨Bayshore Capital’s ‘Korlando’ had great trips in the Baby Greens and USHJA where he had one of his best rounds to date with Sam!

🌟Many congratulations to Grace Littreal & her ‘Epic’s La Mia’ on a terrific Junior Hunter Finals! Grace & Mia finished 20th Overall out of 60 entries in the 15 & Under 3’3” Small Juniors. This is both Grace and Mia’s first time at JHF, and only their 4th show together after only teaming up a couple of months ago. We are so excited for this pair, and their future! Thank you to everyone who made this week possible, and thank you to Dr. Kristen Darragh and our farriers, Jeremey Fox & Steven Hensley for helping make Mia perform her best 🌟 Highlights of their week include:

☀️Sandhills Classic☀️

We had a great week down in Southern Pines for the Sandhills Classic at the Carolina Horse Park! Thank you to Joan and her team for putting on a great show!

Each horse and rider had blue ribbons, and many tricolors were won! Highlights from the week include:

🏆Elin Moen - Schleider’s ‘Stargold Balou’ made his hunter debut with Sam, winning 2 over fences classes in the 3’ Greens to finish Reserve Champion his first time out!
🏆Grace Littreal & her ‘Epic’s La Mia’ finished Champion in the 3’3” Junior Hunters winning 3 out of 5 classes, and finished 🥈in the Junior/Amateur Classic! Sam & Mia also won a class in the Performance earlier in the week!
🏆Evynn Morelli & her ‘Orchard Hills Dipped in Gold’ won many blue ribbons, and finished Reserve Champion out of a huge Schooling Pony Hunter division and had multiple top 3 placings in the Childrens Pony division!
🏆Bayshore Capitals ‘Korlando’ was a class winner and had multiple top 3 placings with Sam in the Baby Greens & USHJA 2’6” division finishing Reserve Champion!
🏆Shadow Ridge Farm’s ‘Quoted’ was a class winner 🥇 and had consistent top 3 placings to narrowly miss Reserve in a huge Open Hunter division!
🏆’Bise Du Rouet’ & Brittany won the 1.10m JR/AM Speed Class and also finished 🥈in the NAL/WIHS Classic just a tenth of a second off first!
🏆’Louis 346’ and Grace were class winners in the 15-17 Children’s Hunters, with other top 3 placings! Louis & Sam also had top placings in the Open Hunters earlier in the week!

Thank you to Melvin, Olman, & Lorelei for all their hard work, and helping make the week so successful! Now home for a couple of weeks, then we head off to KY for Split Rock and Junior Hunter Finals! 🔜

We had a great week at the Aiken Charity Horse Show! It was our first time attending, and we can wait to go back next year (thank you for the push to go)! All of the horses were great, with most of the horses being “new” to us! Highlights include:

🌟Emma Whillans “Thor Van De Muze” was 🏆Champion🏆 in the Hopeful Hunter 2’9” with Sam winning with an 86 and finishing 2nd with an 85.5 out of a huge group of horses!🌟
🌟Grace Littreal made her debut with her new horse “Epic’s La Mia” in the 3’3” Small Junior Hunters earning an 85 for 2nd out of a super competitive group of horses, with other top 3 placings! We are so excited for this pair!🌟
🌟Bayshore Capital, LLC’s “Korlando” had his first show with Sam where he finished the week with a 🥉 in a super group of Baby Green horses, and other placings as well! We look forward to watching “Korey” grow! 🌟
🌟Brittany & “Bise Du Rouet” moved up to the 1.10m Adults with much success! They finished 5th going double clear on Friday, and 8th in the $2,000 NAL/WIHS Classic with one down🌟

🌟 Continuing on with our Winter Circuit highlights -
Congratulations to Evynn Morelli on a great first winter in FL! Evynn finished Reserve Circuit Champion in the Children’s Pony Equitation showing less than half the circuit!! She had multiple tricolors and top 3 finishes in the Small/Medium Children Pony Hunters & Childrens Pony Equitation!🌟

🌟Continuing with our recap of the winter - Paige Bartosh & ‘Serendipity’ had a great end of the circuit finishing Reserve Champion in the Younger 3’3” A/O’s and 12th in the USHJA Amateur National Derby with a first round score of 89! They also finished top 4 multiple times in the 3’3” Amateur Owner Classic with consistent scores in the high 80’s. Sam and Serena were also Reserve Champion week 12 only doing half the division and winning 🥇 a class! Paige also teamed up with “Stapleton ASHA” at WEF where she put in a clear round, and other great rounds in the 1.00m Amateurs her first time riding him!🌟

🌟Starting off our Winter Circuit 2025 recap, is Haley Price! Haley had a great winter, earning many top ribbons on different horses, in both rings!
🌟Week 7 she teamed up with ‘Coco’ and had multiple top 3 finishes in a huge Low Childrens division and finished 3rd in the Classic!
🌟Week 11 she was 11th in the .85m Classic with ‘Fortified’ her first time showing him, and first time showing in the jumpers! 🌟

‘Catania 150’ (2020 Colman x Stolzenberg) & Marvin Jüngel this past week finishing 4th in a KL. L class and doing her first M* class as well! So excited to continue to watch her develop! Thank you for doing such a great job!
