HELLOOOO, my name is Loush - and yes, I am the receptionist today.
I don't answer phones, but I do accept belly rubs, treat bribes, and compliments on my fabulous floof.

It's Veterinary Receptionist Appreciation Week, and while I'm clearly crushing it at the front desk, let's be real- our actual receptionists are the real MVPs. They juggle phones, clients, pets, and chaos-all with a smile (and probably a coffee IV).

So give it up for our amazing front desk team! They keep this place running smoother than my coat after a good brush.

Happy Gotcha Day!

One year ago today, our amazing technician Rachel rescued Magdalena - affectionally known as Mags - and life hasn't been the same since.

Mags is the official mascot of our hospital. She's here everyday, soaking up the love and attention from the whole team (and maybe a few treats too). Whether she's greeting everyone with a wag or dreaming about her next swim - because yes, she LOVES swimming - she brings so much joy to our days.

To celebrate the pets that mean so much to our amazing team, we'll be sharing photos of their furry family members on their birthdays or gotcha days. Keep an eye out for these special shout-outs throughout the year!

To kick things off, meet Edith and Phil, the adorable cats of our talented technician, Mel. These two sweethearts found their forever home 8 years ago on April 12th, and they've been living their best lives ever since! Whether they're snuggled up or getting into mischief, they keep Mel on her toes-and we couldn't love them more.
