Introducing a new dog to your existing pack takes time, patience, and plenty of supervision.

Go slowly, watch their body language, and celebrate the little wins. A strong pack begins with trust. 💛

Just a friendly reminder, spay and neuter your pets. 💛

✨Update
We are almost at the stage of making proper introductions, but for now the dogs are able to be in the same space but at separate times.

Remember introducing dogs is a slow and steady process, especially when dealing with rescue and new momma dogs.

SHE ALREADY HAD THE SONGS. SHE STILL MADE ROOM FOR THE DOGS.
Dolly Parton did not need another business.
She already had the catalog. The theme park. Six decades of a career that had made her name famous in places that had never seen the Smoky Mountains.
In August 2022, she used that name for something smaller and softer.
Doggy Parton.
Little shirts. Little dresses. Squeaky toys. Even a blonde wig that looked exactly like hers.
The catalog was fun.
The destination of the money was the point.
A portion of every sale goes to Willa B. Farms, a nonprofit rescue in Old Hickory, Tennessee, that takes in animals who were abandoned, abused, or left with nowhere else to land.
Dolly said the idea had been waiting in her life for a long time.
Her first single was "Puppy Love."
Sixty years later, she still meant it.
"Part of the proceeds will support Willa B Farms, a rescue where animals in need find never-ending love," she said. "Don't we all need that?"
Willa B. Farms does the unglamorous work. One animal at a time. A bed. A meal. A chance to become somebody's again.
Doggy Parton turned rhinestones into that chance.
Dolly Parton died on August 25, 2026, at the age of 80. She left behind the songs, the park, and a habit of putting her name on things that helped people who could not help themselves.
The animals were part of that habit too.
She did not have to build a dog brand.
She built one anyway, then pointed the profits at a shelter in Old Hickory that still has work to do.
Some legends are measured in records.
Hers also lives in the quiet math of a rescue that got help because a woman with nothing left to prove still wanted the strays to have a home.
The wig was a joke.
The donation was not.
Dolly gave the world "Puppy Love" first.
At the end, she was still finding ways to keep the promise inside that title.
The music will outlive her.
So will the animals who got a second chance because she refused to keep all the glitter for herself.

Here’s an update on our newest foster family. 💛

This video is raw, but it offers an honest look at what fostering truly involves. Although this little family is in quarantine, they are safely out of the shelter, breathing fresh air and slowly adjusting to life outside.

By sharing their journey, I hope to give you a behind-the-scenes look at fostering and help more people understand the importance of spaying and neutering their pets.

I understand why this can be an emotional decision. I loved Riley, Penny and Winston so deeply that I once wished I could have had one of their puppies. But I know I already had the very best versions of them, and there are so many dogs already here waiting for someone to help them.

Please continue following and sharing their story. The more people we reach, the more animals we can help.💛
