📣 We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate full-time front desk receptionist to join our Smith Animal Hospital team. The ideal candidate is a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with animals, and has excellent communication, computer, and multitasking skills.

✨✨✨✨✨Key Responsibilities:✨✨✨✨✨
🔹 Greet clients and patients with a positive, professional demeanor
🔹 Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the hospital calendar
🔹 Maintain client and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
🔹 Process payments and handle basic invoicing
🔹 Assist with client communication and education
🔹 Help maintain a clean, organized front office environment
🔹 Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed

🔹 High school diploma or equivalent required
🔹 Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
🔹 Veterinary or medical office experience a plus, but not required
🔹 Strong computer and phone skills
🔹 Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
🔹 Love for animals and a desire to be part of a team that makes a difference
