💊🐾 Friendly Reminder: Prescription Refills! 🐾💊

We’ve had quite a few last-minute refill requests and walk-ins lately, so we wanted to share a quick reminder about our prescription policy!

Please allow up to 72 business hours for all prescription refill requests. Our doctors are not all in the office every day, and each prescription needs to be reviewed and approved by a veterinarian before it can be filled.

📅 Running low? We recommend reaching out when you have at least a week of medication remaining rather than waiting until the last dose.

🚗 Planning to stop by? Please give us a call before coming in to pick up a refill so we can make sure your pet’s medication has been approved and is ready for you.

We completely understand that life gets busy, and we’ll always do our best to help when we can! Giving us a little extra notice helps our team make sure every prescription is handled safely and accurately. ❤️🐾
