I have been teaching dog training classes to new adopters at the Shelter in Loudoun since the spring. It has been very satisfying work!

Tonight I had so much fun with this adorable, smart, floppy-eared pup, demonstrating walking skills.

Sometimes a pup will surprise me with a new skill, even after all these years of working with puppies. 🥰Nutella, the white mini Schnauzer pup, was making me laugh this past weekend with her “look at me scooting back on my butt while my cute little front paws dance” moves!

A quick lip lick is a sign of slight stress. Murphy was a bit overwhelmed by all the sights and sounds at Reston Town Center. But he loves people and kids and got lots of snuggles, which made him have a happy outing overall. The cheese bits helped, too. 🙂
