Bruno is in our Day Training program working on confidence building and foundational obedience.
Day Training is a great way to get a head start on training! Our experienced trainers work each dog through any challenges they may have in the beginning, making sure to use the method(s) that work best for your individual dog!

Great time at the CPE trial this weekend!
We enjoyed the beautiful weather on Saturday and then endured winter on Sunday with high winds and cold leading to some challenging search conditions. We came away with a team qualified for CPE Nationals, several new titles and many qualifying runs and placings. Most importantly, our dogs had a lot of fun!
So thankful for this kind and caring team of ladies whose camaraderie and dedication to the sport and to their dogs is unparalleled!
Let us know if you would like to join us! Scentwork is the perfect enrichment activity that can be done anytime anywhere. It’s great for those cold winter months!

Contrary to popular belief, we train all types of dogs… not just pit bulls. 😉
Pit bulls are very special to me. I have several bully breed dogs of my own and have fostered many bully type dogs over the years.
I’ve spent years looking for ways to better communicate with our canine friends.
I have attended workshops and seminars all over the United States. I am thankful to have spent time and learned from some of the best-known dog trainers in the business. The learning process never stops.
Our goal and focus is to keep dogs in homes by helping people understand what makes their dog tick, how the dog thinks and what motivates/drives the dog to do what it does.
I have learned that there is not one training method, special tool, magical word, super strong kennel or extra tall fence that will fix the problems we have with our dogs.
With our training, we strive for the following:
Fixing the hole in the relationship between the owner and the dog
Finding a way to effectively communicate what we expect of our dogs
Giving the owners tools to help express the dog’s specific needs
Creating a plan that works with busy schedules
