𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙝 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Most booths are located in the sand arena with a lightly packed surface. We will show you to your booth space upon arrival.

𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮: Vendors who purchased an electric booth shall provide their own power strips and extension cords.

𝙈𝙤𝙫𝙚-𝙄𝙣 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
• Move in starts at 2PM on Friday. All trailers and large booths must be fully moved in by 10:00 PM on Friday, November 28!

• The building will be locked at 10:00 PM Friday and will reopen at 8:00 AM Saturday. No entry or exit is allowed during this time.

With great sadness and much deliberation, we announce that due to the recent outbreak of Equine Herpesvirus, Champions Center management believes it is in the best interest of our equine athletes to cancel the December 6-7 Holiday Horse Show.

Stall payments made via Venmo will be credited toward any 2026 Champions Center Open Horse Show. Card invoices had not yet been sent.

We wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas. Our 2026 season begins 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟎–𝟏𝟏, with stall reservations opening in mid-December!
