Dear Valued Customer,

We are pleased to share a positive update regarding the carbon dioxide (CO₂) supply-chain disruptions that recently threatened dry ice availability and our frozen shipping operations.

Rescission of Force Majeure

We have received notification that the Force Majeure conditions affecting our CO₂ supply have been rescinded, allowing suppliers to resume normal operations and deliveries.

As previously communicated, these conditions resulted from nationwide CO₂ supply constraints that affected the availability of dry ice, an essential component of our process for safely shipping frozen and perishable products.

What This Means for Our Customers

Thankfully, through proactive planning, careful management of our available supply, and continued communication with suppliers, we experienced little to no disruption to our daily operations or shipping schedules.

We sincerely appreciate your continued support as we navigated these challenges. Throughout this period, our priority has remained protecting product integrity, ensuring your pet's food arrives safely and open communication.
