🚧 Kettering Parking Lot Update! 🚧

Unfortunately, there is no access to our main parking lot in Kettering as the concrete/asphalt replacement is taking a little longer than originally planned. We appreciate everyone’s patience as this project gets finished!

If you’re visiting our Kettering location this week:
➡️ Please park in the back lot located along the side/back of our building
➡️ Call us when you arrive, and a member of our team will meet you in the back and es**rt you through our back door.

🚧 Parking Lot Construction Update! 🚧
The parking lot demolition is officially underway at our Kettering location! As you can see, we currently have a pretty big hole in front of the building. 😅

If you’re visiting us, please be extra careful driving through the lot and backing out of parking spaces, as space is more limited than usual.

When making your way inside, you can use either the ramp or the stairs on either side of the building. Both doors will be open! There is also quite a bit of dust and dirt from construction, so please watch your step.

We know it’s a little messy and inconvenient right now, and we really appreciate your patience while the work is underway. We’re so excited for the finished product! 🐾

🎉 Exciting News for Our Kettering Location! 🎉

Our Kettering parking lot is getting some much-needed improvements! 🚧 Work is scheduled to begin tomorrow, August 18, weather permitting, and will continue through August 25.

While the concrete work is underway, there will be some temporary changes:

➡️ Please enter through the exit side of the building. We’ll have signs posted to help direct you when you arrive.
🐾 If your pet experiences high fear, anxiety, or stress at the vet, please give us a call when you arrive and we can help you enter through the back of the building.

We’re excited to get these improvements completed, but we know construction can cause some inconvenience along the way. We truly appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work through it!

We’ll do everything we can to make your visit as smooth as possible. Thank you for bearing with us! 💛

⚠️ Service Update ⚠️
Due to the severe weather, our Kettering location is currently without power. Unfortunately, because of this outage, our computer systems are down at both our Kettering and Springboro locations.
At this time, we are unable to access patient medical records or our scheduling system. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through this unexpected situation.
We are hopeful that power will be restored soon, but at this time, we do not have an estimated timeline.
We will provide updates as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your understanding!
