✨🐾Reminder About No-Shows & Cancellations 🐾✨

At the Paw Spa Mobile Grooming, we pride ourselves on bringing high-quality grooming right to your doorstep. No car rides, no waiting rooms—just a stress-free experience for you and your pet.

However, when a client no-shows or cancels last minute, it’s not just an inconvenience. It’s lost time that could have been given to another pet in need. We carefully plan the route and schedules, and when an appointment is missed, it directly impacts our time and income. With our schedule booked out several months in advance, every appointment slot is valuable.

Just a reminder:
✅ 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid full appointment fee.
✅ 48 a hour notice is required for cancellationto avoid 50% of appointment fee
❌ No-shows will be invoiced for the missed appointment.
💳 Future appointments cannot be scheduled unless the invoice is paid by week's end.

This has been our policy since the beginning of the year to ensure fairness to both the groomer and our clients. We understand that emergencies happen, and we appreciate the many wonderful pet parents who communicate with us when plans need to change.
