Oh the places we'll go! I had no idea how many trails there were to discover until we started with the Pack Walks. These pups have inspired me to get outside and take a look around. How fortunate we are to have so many dog friendly trails to walk on. We haven't done the same trail yet!

P.S. Just started my photography lessons with Grooming By Brytany. Brytany took this photo. Let's see if we can see improvement overtime shall we. It's a lot to learn but I am here for it since these babies are ROCKING their sit stay!

It's heartwarming to see two pups meet and act like they are long lost friends. It's as if their paths were meant to cross in this lifetime. This is Rue (tan) and Kelso (who visited for the first time today). Two pees in a pod. Besties from the start. ❤️❤️❤️

Doing the same Ole Christmas photo bores me so instead, I did bows and noses of the dayCARE pups. The parents will get a 5x7 as the gift. What do you think?

The dayCARE pups set off on a new adventure on Pack Walk Day! We tried out a new trail system in our area. How lucky are we that we have trail systems to choose from. The pups enjoyed the new smells and were tuckered out by the end. This is what doggie daycare should look like. The pups have enrichment and the day is never the same. No over stimulation. No sourpups. Just happy go-lucky dayCARE babies.

Not sure if you remember...

I was working on an enrichment project for my dayCARE pups.

I needed 876 pieces or so I thought.
Miscalculated by A LOT!

4800 pieces needed. I am a dumb a$$! Oh well.

Back to cutting I go.

Can't stop now.

Every piece I cut, I am closer to reaching my goal.

It isn't our best photo, but we did get one from our pack walk this week. We had a LOT of distractions, and the location footing wasn't great. However, that's not what is important.

We enjoyed the quiet peaceful trail all to ourselves once we got going. The dogs did fantastic and we had 4 newbies. The pups were so quiet on the way back snoozing to the hum of the Waggin' Wagon and as you can see, Koda in front wanted to sleep right then and there. We were late getting back to the studio as we had no idea the traffic would be congested at that time of day. Lesson learned.

Our first 5th wheel and our first camping trip was a success. It was wondering being able to take all the dogs with us.

1. This is why I will have white dogs from now on. SO much easier to see.
2. One of the dogs is deaf.
3. I don't train in this environment. I trained looooong before this. Here I am reinforcing the behaviors I trained which are coming when called and check ins. Classes are on the website. www.pawsitiveconnectiondogtraining.com
4. Yes, if I call one, all come, even the deaf one.
5. Yes, I talk to the deaf one as if he can hear. My facial expression, body language and engery go a long way.
