As we move into the holiday rush, I kindly ask for your patience, politeness, and consideration when scheduling appointments. If you call, text, or message me during business hours and I’m unable to respond right away, please leave one message. I will get back to you as soon as I am able.

If you reach out outside of business hours, I will follow up on the next business day. Please avoid sending multiple messages or repeated calls, as this takes time away from the dogs currently in my care and from my family, and can add unnecessary stress during an already busy season.

I truly appreciate each of you for supporting this grooming shop and for trusting me with your pups. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 🐶❤️
