Hello, SuperDogs family
We wanted to address our new Cancellation policy to help keep not only our grooming team but clients Happy as well!🐶 we have noticed this happening to not only us but other salons in the area.

Not showing up or canceling last minute grooming appts hurts our groom team! Did you know groomers make commission not hourly? Each appt is placed so that we have enough time to spoil your pets with no rush so trying to replace a appt is extremely difficult resulting in your groomer showing up to work to not get paid.

We want to be fair and understand emergencies do happen but please try and give us a 48hrs notice if not able to make your appt. For canceled appts before this amount of time will result in a $15 fee per pet If no show there will be a $25 fee. Repeat offenses may result in pre-paid appts that are non refundable. This helps us make room for all our lovely clients and to create a happy salon environment.🐾
