Introducing our August Dog of the Month
***Bear***
Bear is a wild and loving Chesapeake Bay Retriever. He was born on 6/4/2022 in Pacolet. His mom and dad (Laurel and Pickens) had a litter of unexpected puppies and Bear was fortunate enough to come home with his family. Since he was a small puppy he's always loved to chew things, especially sticks. He also enjoys wrestling with his human brothers, going on long walks, and chasing the deer out of his yard. Bear is extremely friendly. The first year of his life, before a fence was added, he enjoyed breaking out of his yard and going to the neighbors. He especially loved to crash dinner parties on porches where he could find delicious food! He has never met a stranger that hasn't had a chance to pet him and give him belly rubs yet. His favorite thing in the world is to go visit Woodpoint and play with and rile up all the other dog friends. He refuses to leave, but when he finally does he sleeps for days! Bear also loves when his brother Buck (who lives with another family) is at Woodpoint at the same time!
