It was good to see this crew again. I was glad they didn't lose power like so many others did after that crazy storm we had. They did have some potted plants blown over and they got a ton of leaves and sticks in the pool. I picked up the plants and got the leaves and sticks out of the pool and emptied the filters (and saved some frogs while I was at it. LOL)

I've been caring for Rocky(gray) and Gizmo(orange) for a year whenever the family travels. Rocky always talks to me when I come in and wants pets. Gizmo has always preferred to keep his distance. A few weeks ago I was shocked when Gizmo suddenly approached me and wanted to be petted. It took a year for him to decide that he wants to be friends! Now when I'm there he likes a little attention. I always feel so accomplished when I gain the trust of a shy cat.

This was a fun job! It's a small pork farm right here in Desoto County. I got to care for pigs and barn cats. My customer has had bad experiences in the past with pet sitters doing horrible jobs. Some didn't even show up for the first visit. She has already booked me for two more trips they are taking. 🥰

Talk about a house full of pretty dogs! Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are not a breed I see every day and when I say these puppies are loved, I mean it. Their mom takes the best care of them. They all eat different foods for optimal health and most take multiple medications. All of our dogs should be so loved. 🥰

Their mom is Robin with Bloom, Baby. I highly recommend Bloom, Baby if you need flowers delivered for any occasion or if you need a wedding florist! She is the best there is!

Gizmo is a 15 yr old Tabby who takes several supplements and medications. He also has a feeder that has to be loaded a certain way and has ice packs that have to be changed out on every visit with different amounts of food and meds in each spot. His mom was very happy with how it went while she went away overnight. Now she is free to enjoy her retirement and do some traveling.

It was good that I was caring for Winston and Liberty while their family was out of town. The refrigerator began leaking so Mike and I shut the water off so it would not cause any damage. Nobody wants to come home to a kitchen floor full of water!
