We had a great time at AEL nationals. We had 17 riders competing. Lots of ribbons were won and a good time had by all. Congratulations to Kadin, Lucille, James, Gabby, Darla , Cadey, Loise and Lilly for earning awards! Can't wait for next season! Go Team Echo!

Our middle school team had such a fun time at IEA Zone 2 finals this weekend!

Started the weekend off with a 4th from Camilla Kelleran in future beginner on the flat. On Saturday Sophie Llewellyn earned fifth in future intermediate over fences. Annabelle Carini also had a 3rd place finish in future novice over fences. Darla Kelly also flatted beautifully for the team in future novice on the flat!
On Sunday Sophie Llewelyn was back for her individual future intermediate fences trip (8th) and a great flat showing followed by a wonderful trip from Liv Mazella in her individual future novice fences round!
Our horse Queso was one of the Horses of the Show and Milo was also a superstar!!

Regionals dump!!
Our IEA teams had an amazing day at Region 6 finals yesterday at Crosswinds with our middle school team finishing champion and moving on to Zone 2 Finals.
Liv Mazella secured her spot at Zone Finals with a winning round aboard Teddy and Sophie Llewellyn will also be moving on to Zone Finals for flat and fences.
Sophie Llewellyn finished the day as Middle School High Point Rider with two first place finishes in her individual classes.
Congrats to everyone! Let’s get ready for Zones!!

Echo Farm had a great day at Fairfield County Hunt Club on Saturday. I am so proud of all the riders and horses. Congratulations to Sophie and Contender, Cadey and Larks Rugged Roan, Annabelle and Comes Around, Goes Around, Liv and FT, Allison and No Secrets, Tawny and Lucille, Secret and Remember Me. Also thank you to everyone who helped out that day! Darla, Emma,Nicole and coaches Allison and Natalie. Could not have done it without you!

1. 14 yo 15.1 bay qh gelding. English and western. Lovely wtc jumps and trail rides. Prefers a knowledgeable rider. Has been used in lessons. Jumps up to 2’ , trails. S Only
2. 11 yo warmblood gelding 16.1 this horse has done everything. Has been to shows has done lessons done IEA. He is a love in the barn and has a huge personality. Had the winter off as I was working on others but will come right back to work. Does need maintenance. Happy to answer any questions about him. L or S
3. 12 yo 16.1 warmblood gelding. Educated show horse. Huge personality. Likes a show program. Ready to go 2’6”. L only
