First puppy trims are the hardest grooms to do ,
pups are nervous & sensitive to the loud noises, clippers and sharp scissors around their eyes and ears , and standing up for hours can be exhausting for a puppy , dont forget the drying process for 1 hr 😩
yet this two babies managed their first full groom like a champ πŸ’• one haircut at the time until they get use to regular grooms 🐾

Mrs . Bazey mireles is β€œreviewing β€œ salons in the area not just mine* complaining of not β€œanswering the phone β€œ as she was in need of doggy daycare services last minute Saturday .

the hundreds of our clients who visited my salon knows we dont have a receptionist and the groomers answer the phone , and we dont leave unattended pups on grooming tables to run and answer the phone , specifically Saturday when is exclusive by appointment only .

calls / texts are return usually at the end of the shift or as soon is possible if we are done early . We try to answer every call but sometime is just impossible and overwhelming . I answer calls on my days off even when the salon is closed or even holidays

Thank you to all my clients who understand and respect our time and patiently wait for a text & call back from us πŸ’• we promise our priority will be always the safety of your fur baby the minute is under our care .

I already reported her review because isn’t about a service we provided .
Note : She called Saturday morning non stop probably 4-5 times in a row ,like 3minutes not 2 hrs like she is saying
she is not my client and never used our services before.
