🐾💙 SCOTTIE IS LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME! 💙🐾

How does a puppy this sweet end up without anyone looking for him? 😭

Little Scottie was found as a stray in a very rural area. A good Samaritan asked HDS to care of him & help find his family, however no one ever came forward to claim him. 💔

So now, Scottie is ready for the next chapter of his life—and we’re determined to find him the family he deserves! 🏡❤️

Scottie is approximately 3–4 months old and 25–30 pounds, and he is one of those puppies who wants to be wherever his people are. ❤️

🐶 Total Velcro puppy!
🐾 Loves people and canine friends
🎾 Friendly, playful & full of puppy fun
🏡 Does NOT potty in his area
💙 Currently being lovingly fostered by the good Samaritans who saved him

Scottie has already received DHPP, Strongid and NexGard, so he’s off to a great start! ✅

Now he just needs someone to say, “Yep, THAT’S MY DOG.” 🥹❤️

NICK IS READY FOR HIS FOREVER FAMILY! 💙

Sometimes the dogs who start out a little shy are the ones who completely steal your heart. 🥹🐾

Meet Nick! When we first pulled him, he was a little unsure and shy—but look at him now! This sweet boy has blossomed into a happy, playful, loving dog who absolutely LOVES attention and his canine friends! ❤️

Nick is about 1–2 years old, around 55 lbs, fully vetted, and heartworm negative. ✅

🐾 Great with other dogs
🎾 LOVES to play tag
❤️ Loves attention
😄 Happy, playful personality
🏡 Ready for a family of his own!

Nick was on “the list” to be next, and we just couldn’t let that happen. He deserved the chance to show everyone what a wonderful dog he really is—and he has done exactly that. 🥹

Now all Nick needs is YOU.

If your pet is missing & most Animal Shelters staying full :

- [ ] please share posts of the animals as they are posted. Hopefully the owner will see their pet.

- [ ] Try to keep some form of ID on your pet and if possible, get pet microchipped. Keep your contact information up-to-date with the microchip company.

- [ ] Also, if you have a lost pet GO BY the Animal Shelter in your area at least once a week. Calling is not enough ~~ how you describe your pet may not be how someone else describes your pet.

Once in a shelter the dog/cat has 5 days hold time if they do not have a collar and 12 days with a collar-then they can be adopted, transferred to a rescue, or even euthanized if no space.

With so many homeless animals Animal Shelters cannot hold animals but just so long because they have limited space.

Another successful transport day on Saturday!! Clara & David saved the day by transporting these beautiful puppies. Eight sweet babies 🐾 went to A Forever Home Rescue Foundation. We are so grateful for the teamwork that it takes to get these puppies a new beginning and a loving forever home.

Allow me to introduce myself … my name is Oreo. My foster Mama says I’m sweeter than any Oreo she has ever had 🍪

I am about 6 months old. I love to run & play with my friend Cheeto 🐈. Cuddles are a favorite but just hanging near my human makes life good!! Mama took me to the vet and I got ✂️ neutered and my rabies 💉. It hurt for a little bit but I got extra treats so I guess I’ll live (I have to be a little dramatic so Mama feels bad for me 😉).

My roommates are a “brother” my age, an old grumpy cat uncle named Max and an old lady Bella. She’s a dog. I’m not scare of her beside she lets me sleep on her soft bed.

Mama doesn’t want me to leave her but I’m looking for my forever home.

Meet JEWEL! 🐾❤️

Jewel is a stunning brindle girl with a personality just as beautiful as her coat—and yes, she even has a signature brindle-tinted tongue to match! 💕🐶

She came to us from another rescue completely shut down and overwhelmed by the world. We knew right away the best thing we could do for her was to give her time—real time—to decompress, feel safe, and learn that people can be kind. And that’s exactly what we did, especially during her first year with us.

Since then, Jewel has truly blossomed. 🌸 She has slowly but beautifully come into her own and has learned to trust multiple people she now knows and feels comfortable with. Watching her transformation has been nothing short of incredible.

Jewel would thrive in a calm, patient home with experienced pet parents who understand that trust takes time. She would also do well with a calm, well-matched dog companion to help guide her confidence.

She is not a fan of enclosed crates, but she does much better and feels more secure in an open wire crate where she doesn’t feel confined.

**UPDATE - through no fault of his own Woody is back up for adoption. His foster mom is working with him. He would do better in a home without cats. He’s not caused any harm just needs a calmer environment.

At just 5 months old and 30 pounds, Woody found himself as a stray in a shelter that was already filled past capacity. He needed out—and he needed out FAST. So we stepped up and gave this sweet boy a chance. ❤️

And WOW… are we glad we did! 🥹

Woody is an absolute LOVE BUG! 💕 He gets along with everyone he meets, and it seems like everyone who meets him immediately falls head over heels for him.
