Good morning, so I have some very disappointed clients up set with me that I have not answered my phone this week. Guys. I love each and every one of you but there are some people that have put some reviews that I'm not answering my phone. I'm on vacation. I don't really think it's fair, that would be like me calling you guys you don't call me back. Do I put a bad review somewhere for you? You guys have my attention over three hundred days a year even when I do take a day for myself. There is a lot of customers that can testify to this. I answer you if I've been on a trip I answer you. I make appointments holidays, I make appointments 10 o'clock at night. There is 1 week out of the year that I'd completely devote my time and attention to my child, I'm sorry, if that is upset you guys but he needs me to I would appreciate if there is a bad review been put up about this that you could take that down. I am a small business and it does hurt my business when people say bad things. I'm allowed to have time off too.And I know there's people that are gonna say.Well.You should have done that and you should have done that.Guys, you don't do that, you take your trips in your family . I'm allowed my family time as well and some privacy.

I just want to give a shout out to Rosie's family for allowing us to work on their beautiful dog.This was hours of love, hard work and devotion for the people that know handstripping is a lost art and I have the pleasure today.I've not only grooming this beautiful dog but teaching this to kaylan Unless you've owned a handstrip dog.You have no idea what the commitment.It takes the time and the effort and complete communication on the owner and the groomer's part and always listening to the 4 legged quiet when she said enough is enough.I'm beautiful .

We are back to full grooming and full capacity.Yes, the power was out on Tuesday and Wednesday.Actually, Sunday through Wednesday, but we are open and grooming.And we have a few spots left for april fifteenth sixteenth and seventeenth if you're wanting in before easter.

I am very sorry. We are still out of power at our grooming slot. It said it was on it is not. Please bear with me. I understand this is an inconvenience for my clients. But it is also an inconvenience for me. I have had no water. No heat at my home or my salon. Since Sunday which means it's very difficult on my family as well. Considering we have a farm so I understand this is an inconvenience for my clients. But this is not my fault and we have been trying to reach out Let them know.
