Good afternoon, so just a quick announcement. We only have 2 days left this month That we can get dogs in and that's with us opening up our Mondays as well. We are getting a lot of very unhappy clients or people that want to be clients because they don't feel like they're getting in fast enough well I'm not saying this to be mean, but sometimes you have to wait and doing the best that I can.I'm working 5 to 6 a week that means i'm adding my day off to keep my clients happy so please be kind to my staff and myself. And I've been pushing for the last few years to please make an appointment ahead of time also if you make an appointment and you cancel it or no show me I cannot fit you in ASAP that's not how it works.That means you have to wait for a spot to open up again.I love all of you and I always treat you guys wonderfully. So please do the same to my staff and myself

Good morning, so I have some very disappointed clients up set with me that I have not answered my phone this week. Guys. I love each and every one of you but there are some people that have put some reviews that I'm not answering my phone. I'm on vacation. I don't really think it's fair, that would be like me calling you guys you don't call me back. Do I put a bad review somewhere for you? You guys have my attention over three hundred days a year even when I do take a day for myself. There is a lot of customers that can testify to this. I answer you if I've been on a trip I answer you. I make appointments holidays, I make appointments 10 o'clock at night. There is 1 week out of the year that I'd completely devote my time and attention to my child, I'm sorry, if that is upset you guys but he needs me to I would appreciate if there is a bad review been put up about this that you could take that down. I am a small business and it does hurt my business when people say bad things. I'm allowed to have time off too.And I know there's people that are gonna say.Well.You should have done that and you should have done that.Guys, you don't do that, you take your trips in your family . I'm allowed my family time as well and some privacy.

I just want to give a shout out to Rosie's family for allowing us to work on their beautiful dog.This was hours of love, hard work and devotion for the people that know handstripping is a lost art and I have the pleasure today.I've not only grooming this beautiful dog but teaching this to kaylan Unless you've owned a handstrip dog.You have no idea what the commitment.It takes the time and the effort and complete communication on the owner and the groomer's part and always listening to the 4 legged quiet when she said enough is enough.I'm beautiful .
