To our clients, family, and potential clients. We spend as much time as we need to so your pets get the attention they deserve. We don't blow thru them in a high volume production environment, with cages, other dogs and high stress.
We come to your home with our grooming salon. Your pets are at home. Where they're comfortable. We don't use cages or kennels. Your dogs are the only ones in our salon at a time and we know them by name. We spend time with them because we care about them and their well being.
Here's a conversation that was had in a Facebook group. We might get banned if this gets out, but here is what happens on some brick and mortar (and big box) salons. These grooming shops aren't mobile. They don't charge a whole lot because they want their schedule full. So it's low dollar and high volume. Think of this like an assembly line or factory.
Do you want your dog, your pet... Your FAMILY member being part of a high production, high volume environment like this simply for profit?
Even though these folks replying aren't from our area, I'd bet dollars to donuts that there are many brick and mortar grooming salons that blow thru the pets for a few bucks and don't spend the time with your family members that they need. (to be fair, I'm sure there are some brick and mortar salons in our area that don't do this, but the majority of brick and mortar salons, including "big box corporate or franchise" grooming salons are operated this way.
