🌟 Thank You for an Amazing July! 🐾

Wow — what a busy and beautiful July it’s been! I just want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to all of my amazing clients (both human and furry!) for trusting me with your pups this past month.

From wagging tails to slobbery kisses, early morning walks to cozy overnight cuddles — your dogs brought so much joy, laughter, and love into my home and heart. ❤️

🐾 Exciting News from Leash and Love LLC! 🐶💕

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve welcomed a new member into the Leash and Love family—our very own pup! 🎉

Meet Zoolah, our sweet 7-month-old pitty girl. The moment we met her, we knew she was meant to be ours. This past week has truly been one of the best yet!

Zoolah is fully potty trained, incredibly gentle, and already adjusting beautifully to our daily routine. As always, the safety, comfort, and happiness of your pups remain our top priority.

We’re slowly and thoughtfully introducing her to the flow of boarding life, with lots of supervision, positive reinforcement, and controlled interactions. She’s doing amazing—meeting new friends of all breeds and sizes with ease!

Zoolah will have her own designated space when needed, and we’ll continue to carefully monitor all group dynamics to ensure every pup enjoys a safe and happy experience.

If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for trusting us with your pups—our home truly wouldn’t be the same without them (or without you)!

UPDATE!! Zoolah found her forever home with Leash and Love LLC!!! 💕

I was on a walk this morning walking one of my doggies and I was stopped by a gentleman asking if I wanted a puppy. He and his family are unable to give her the proper care she needs due to personal reasons. I got to me her and she is such a sweet girl! She is about 7 months old and her name is Azula. She is great with other dogs and children. She does need some training. (Likes to jump out of excitement, some more potty training.) I am posting her because I feel it was meant to be to find this sweet girl a home asap! 🙏 Please share sweet Azula! PM if you have any more questions about her. Thank you! 🐶❤️

We’re a little late posting, but our 4th of July weekend was full of fun, fireworks, and some of our favorite firecrackers! 🎆🐾

To kick off the weekend with a boom, we welcomed Dallas and Lucy for their first-ever boarding stay with Leash and Love LLC! We usually see them twice a week for walks, so having them spend the weekend with us was such a treat. The cuddles, the cuteness, and our time together were everything we hoped for—absolutely fantastic!

Along with boarding, we had a full schedule of vacation visits. Gus, Molly, and Paisley—our 4th of July returnees—made the weekend even more special. It had been a year since we last saw them, but the reunion felt like no time had passed. Each one has such a unique personality, and we adore them all!

We also got to spend time with sweet Marco. We squeezed in lots of shorter walks (thanks to the heat!), but just enough to get his tail wagging and that signature smile on his face. He also loved soaking up attention—and playing with his ball… if he wasn’t too tired. 😂

We’re furever grateful for weekends like this—filled with cuddles, licks, and unconditional love. 💕 Thank you to all our wonderful clients for trusting us with your fur babies!

🎆 4th of July Dog Safety Tips 🐾

Fireworks may be fun for us, but they can be scary for our furry friends! Here are some ways to help your dog feel safe and secure this Independence Day:

🏠 Create a Safe Space – Set up a quiet room with their favorite bed, toys, and calming sounds.

🌿 Use Calming Aids – Try anxiety vests, soothing music, or vet-recommended supplements.

🐶 Keep ID Tags On – Just in case they bolt from fear, make sure they’re wearing updated ID tags.

🚫 Don’t Take Them to Fireworks – It's best to leave them home where they feel safest.

😎 Stay Calm Yourself – Your dog will take cues from you—keep your energy relaxed.

It was Cannoli and Snickers’ first time boarding with Leash and Love LLC— and wow, did they bring the fun and entertainment!

Here’s what we learned during their stay:
🐾 They both LOVE to cuddle. My husband Hayden and I had one (or both!) snuggled up with us at all times. Who needs blankets?!
🏊 Snickers enjoys a good swim, while Cannoli prefers to stay poolside to monitor the water temperature.
📺 Cannoli is a huge Bluey fan — it was on 24/7, and yes… we do know the theme song by heart now. 😂
🦴 Snickers loves chewing bones. Cannoli does too, but Snickers usually ends up with both. 🤦‍♀️
🚪 Cannoli knows how to open doors! (Video coming soon!)
👀 Snickers prefers to supervise while Cannoli does the door work.
🚪🚫 Neither of them believes in closing doors behind them. 😂

We’re so happy to return these sweet pups to their pawrents happy, tired, and full of new memories! 💕🐶🐶
