We would love to talk to you and answer any question you may have. Animal Attraction first opened its doors on June 29,1992.

At the time, Juliet Angrisani the owner / operator was located on Division St. in Somerville. Animal Attraction moved to its current location, a historic Somerville landmark, in 2005. After six months of renovations the client can see the whole grooming operation from the front door with its floor to ceiling windows and all glass doors. Juliet has been grooming for 30+ years and opened her own bus

iness in 1992. Juliet has worked on pets featured in an Animal Planet Documentary, an IBM commercial and on The David Letterman show. All Breeds of Dogs and Cats are welcome. We individually hand dry each and every animal (no cage drying at all) so someone is with your pet at all times. We give each pet special attention so they have the best experience. Just some of our specialties include flea control, de-matting, nail trimming, and hand sc******ng. Juliet greets all our customers to discuss the type of service appropriate or desired, any special needs or health issues the pet may have. Then the pet is prepared for the bath after he or she gets some bonding time with the staff. The nails are trimmed and the ears are cleaned, any knots or mats are removed and the skin is evaluated for the appropriate shampoo or shampoos. Then the pet is washed and hand dried. Then the last step is the final haircut. Grooming is done by appointment only over the phone and we take cash or checks only. No credit cards.

It has come to my attention I never introduced Kyle on our page. Kyle is Jackie's newest kitty. Kyle has gone everywhere with her since the day she picked him up. We would like to start a "Kyle and Friends" monthly post. Sometimes we may have to skip a month because Kyle is 6 months old and not always on his best behavior but he is working on it. Kyle helps Jackie with her anxiety issues so he is REALLY an important part of our team. You all know Jackie haha. After Jackie lost her beloved Phoenix , Jackie had to do something to help her cope. Well here he is. ALSO anyone would not like their pets pictures posted just let us know and we will make sure we don't go against your wishes. So enjoy the first few pics.
