At the time, Juliet Angrisani the owner / operator was located on Division St. in Somerville. Animal Attraction moved to its current location, a historic Somerville landmark, in 2005. After six months of renovations the client can see the whole grooming operation from the front door with its floor to ceiling windows and all glass doors. iness in 1992. Juliet has worked on pets featured in an Animal Planet Documentary, an IBM commercial and on The David Letterman show. All Breeds of Dogs and Cats are welcome. We individually hand dry each and every animal (no cage drying at all) so someone is with your pet at all times. We give each pet special attention so they have the best experience. Just some of our specialties include flea control, de-matting, nail trimming, and hand sc******ng. Juliet greets all our customers to discuss the type of service appropriate or desired, any special needs or health issues the pet may have. Then the pet is prepared for the bath after he or she gets some bonding time with the staff. The nails are trimmed and the ears are cleaned, any knots or mats are removed and the skin is evaluated for the appropriate shampoo or shampoos. Then the pet is washed and hand dried. Then the last step is the final haircut. Grooming is done by appointment only over the phone and we take cash or checks only. No credit cards.
