Tick season is upon us and they are full force this year! Please be sure you are using some type of flea and tick prevention to protect your baby from any disease ticks may carry. Ticks can be very harmful to your pets and they can carry them into your house, your groomer or boarding facility and be harmful to them as well. Talk to your veterinarian about prevention best for your fur baby!

Reminder.......
You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it or you will be charged for your appointment. We understand life happens and we try to work around the best that we can. However, when our groomers book those appointments for the year and you don't show up they lose money for the day. We base our income on your appointment and it's important that we know as soon as possible if you can't make it so we can try and replace that appointment. We do send reminders but sometimes those reminders are not within that 24 hour period that is why we sent the schedules for your convenience. We are trying to send reminders before 8 am to help out but we may not always be able to provide that so please pay attention to your schedule.
Confirmed appointments that do not show up and no shows will be charged 100% of their grooming appointment. Last minute cancellation will be charged 50%.We are so sorry that we have to do this but it is becoming a major issue. We love and appreciate you guys and it kills us having to do this but we are hopeful this will help. We can always reschedule anyone's appointment as long as we have a notice because again we understand life happens and things change daily so please just help keep us informed ❤️
