Vaccines are only as good as the way they’re stored and handled.
One question every puppy buyer should ask a breeder is, “How are your vaccines stored before they’re given?”
Many people don’t realize that vaccines are extremely temperature-sensitive. If they become too warm or are allowed to freeze when they shouldn’t, their effectiveness can be reduced. That’s why maintaining the cold chain—from the manufacturer to the breeder—is so important.
At Hatton Corso, LLC we don’t leave that to chance.
We purchase our vaccines from Revival Animal Health, a company trusted by veterinarians, breeders, and canine professionals across the country. Our vaccines are shipped expedited on dry ice in insulated Styrofoam coolers to help maintain the proper temperature during transit. Once they arrive, they are immediately stored according to the manufacturer’s recommendations until it’s time for your puppy’s scheduled vaccinations.
Could you save money by buying vaccines from questionable sources or by choosing cheaper shipping? Sure.
Will we? Absolutely not.
We believe every puppy deserves the best possible start in life. That’s why we invest in quality nutrition, health testing, veterinary care, proper socialization, and correctly handled vaccines. Those investments may not always be visible to the buyer, but they make a difference.
When comparing breeders, don’t just compare prices. Ask questions. Learn about their health protocols. Find out where their vaccines come from, how they’re shipped, and how they’re stored.
An ethical breeder should be proud to answer those questions.
Because doing things the right way isn’t an expense—it’s a responsibility.
