Not even the rain could stop our amazing morning with the warriors from Bexar Co dept of Military and veterans services! Again, we are forever humbled by the courage we see in people willing to step out of their comfort zone

Remember, triggers suck, but they are also the blessings that show us where we need to work. Michelangelo was asked about his carving and he replied, “I saw the angel in the marble, and carved until I set him free.” Nobody is broken and nobody needs to be fixed. We need to keep chipping away at the BS we and the world pile on until we free our true selves.

Never be afraid to show up and be seen. The world needs you.

Great session this morning with these warriors. Horsemanship teaches leadership, patience, emotional regulation, and presence. Not to mention, it’s fun!
