📣 PSA: A Quick Note About Visits & Response Times 🐾
As the one-woman team behind Walks, Wags & Wiggles, my days are spent caring for pets, driving between visits, and making sure each furry friend receives the attention they deserve.
🕘 Business Hours:
Mon–Fri | 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday | 9 AM – 3 PM
Sunday | Closed
During walks and drop-in visits, I may not be able to respond to messages right away. Traffic, weather, pet care needs, and other unexpected delays can occasionally affect timing as well.
If you’ve seen me arrive or leave on your camera but haven’t received an update yet, please don’t worry! In most cases, I’m simply caring for another pet or traveling to my next appointment. If there is ever a concern involving your pet, I will contact you immediately.
I return messages as soon as I’m able. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for new client inquiries. Messages received on Sundays may not be returned until Monday.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and trust. Your pets’ safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priority. ❤️
