Sometimes our outdoor friends need help too! A wonderful clients alerted us to a snake caught in our stop sign today! We went to check things out and this little lady was in fact very stuck. Gina got to work with some mineral oil to try to help her slip out. We called in our favorite local hero, Katie from Franklin Township Animal Shelter for some extra help when the rescue started to take a little longer than expected. Katie brought along some Pam spray and with some more patience, time, and gentle guidance, our girl was free! She was not injured and ready to be released back home. As we let her go, her boyfriend popped out of his house and appeared to be calling her back inside, watching calmly as we stood by. Our girl got herself to a sunny spot to rest and recharge after her ordeal. We now have official garden guardians! Please help us welcome our outdoor office mascots, Jim and Pam! A join us in giving a huge thank you to our client who alerted us and to Katie for all her hard work and dedication to the animals in our community!
