Our goal is to give your pet a fun, safe and non stressful experience while getting groomed. Along with our groomer having multiple years experience grooming she also has vet tech training and experience. So that can help put your mind at ease that your leaving your pet in safe hands! We do offer some different services/add on that other shops around here don't offers. So please call and see every

thing we can and make a appointment and see how happy and cute your pet looks when we are finished!



----Policies----

Before any service are Pampered Paws Pet Salon LLC has the right to request current vaccination/veterinarian records for your pet. (DHLP and Rabies)

Pampered Paws Pet Salon LLC will not be responsible for any conditions or problems discovered during grooming. Should veterinary care be necessary, due to what Pampered Paws Pet Salon LLC discovered while the pet is in our care. Sarah Jesko will contact the owner to discuss what is happening. Should veterinary care be necessary as a result of any service rendered by Pampered Paws Pet Salon LLC, Pampered Paws Pet Salon LLC must be notified within 24 hours of such care. Pampered Paws Pet Salon LLC will not be held responsible for clipper burn, minor nicks or skin irritation resulting from grooming: nor will be held responsible for stressful effects that grooming may have upon a geriatric pet. Pampered Paws Pet Salon LLC reserves the right to refuse to groom any pet for health and safety of the groomer and the pet. A type of muzzel may be used, or services discontinued or refused if Pampered Paws Pet Salon LLC determines that a pet presents an unsafe condition. Such conditions include, but not limited to: behavior issues, health problems, injury, parasites ect. Pampered Paws Pet Salon LLC reserves the right to refuse a pet due to late arrival to appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes late or longer your appointment will be canceled. Pampered Paws Pet Salon LLC also has the right to charge a additional holding fee for a pet that has been left at the salon for at least a hour past the first pick up phone call.

June 19th we have a 1:30pm and a 3pm appointments become available.

Effective immediately (May 22nd 2025)
There will be a cancellation fee for any appointment that is canceled within the day of the appointment and a cancellation fee for no call no show.
-Day of Cancellation fee will be 50% of that grooming appointment
-No Call No Show fee will be 85% of that appointment
Fees will based off of what your original total is before any discounts if you receive military/1st responder discount.
*The fee must be paid before you can schedule any additional appointments.*

I completely understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly which calls for a same day cancellation and that will be taken into consideration.

If anyone has inquired about boarding for the summer (especially from April through July) please text/msg to confirm your stay. We’ve had an amazingly large amount of inquiries for this summer and want to make sure everyone is confirmed for the days they want and so we know what days we have available still.
If we don’t hear from you to confirm your stay unfortunately the days you requested may be booked to someone else.
