Stores Open today 12-5pm. Restocking Pork cuts this morning. We love our pork, it has so much flavor and so tender. The Pork chops are as good as a steak! And the pigs are fed non gmo grain & organic breads. I like grilling the chops, here’s the marinade I make …..
Oil, balsamic vinegar, S & P, garlic, rosemary & Dijon vinegar. I just marinade for 45-60 mins, keeping meat at room temp. Grill about 5 mins per side. Easy!
