Hello everyone, I am writing to inform you of an unexpected incident that occurred this morning. One of my clients arrived early for their pet grooming appointment and parked down the road near several other residences. A concerned neighbor contacted the authorities, suspecting that the client might have been involved in an incident that occurred at their home earlier that morning, not knowing she was actually just there awaiting pickup for her dog. To avoid any similar misunderstandings in the future, please park in front of my residence going forward. You may use the driveway or park in front of my mailbox if the driveway is occupied. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Thank you.

I envision renovations being completely done by the end of the weekend, if your appointment falls before then, your pup will be groomed in our new grooming van!!! 🙀🎉

As most of you are aware, Feelin Bubbly operates as a one-on-one salon, providing a unique environment where dogs can receive grooming services without the presence of other dogs. This setup fosters a lower-stress environment for the dog owner, groomer, and most critically, the dog. However, it necessitates punctuality for dog pick-up and drop-offs, as tardiness can prolong appointments and increase the likelihood of dogs encountering each other and/or delaying subsequent appointments. Although I allocate 15-20 minutes between appointment slots, this buffer is intended for cleanup, disinfection, and seamless checkout processes, rather than accommodating late arrivals. Delayed pick-up/drop-offs of over 10 minutes may result in cancellation or fees.
