✨Calling all dog-lovers and marketing pros! ✨
If you’re passionate about pet wellness and nutrition and you love marketing and event planning, you could join our pack! We’re currently hiring for a full-time and/or part-time marketing and sales position. This position requires daytime availability.
Duties and expectations:
-market new product arrivals
-create, organize, and market events
-assist with community outreach
-assist with inventory management
-gain expertise in running POS to process sales, returns, and manage inventory
-gain expertise in all vendor lines and food lines
-restock food, treats, and inventory (must be able to lift 35lbs)
-assist customers and make product recommendations
-work 1 weekend each month

Ellyn grew up in Sioux Falls and attended the University of Montana, where she worked at local pet supply shop and fell in love with the industry. Upon returning to Sioux Falls, she worked in retail in the downtown area and began research and planning for Shop Dog. After traveling to other cities and visiting popular pet destinations, attending trade shows, and doing research on the industry’s best pet products, she opened the doors to Shop Dog Boutique in December 2012. She loves being a part of the pet industry and finds pet owners to be the nicest and best customers around.

Our team offers guidance on nutrition, play, and exercise to ensure your dog leads a happy and healthy life.
