Our commitment to providing the best quality care to your pets remains our top priority. After careful consideration, Family Pet has made the decision to discontinue our emergency after-hours services beginning February 2nd, 2026.

We value the culture in our clinic, as well as the long-term health and wellbeing of our veterinary staff members. As such we have teamed up with VetTriage, a convenient and affordable after-hours veterinary video telehealth platform. The VetTriage veterinarians will assess your pet on video or over the phone, to determine whether the ailment your pet is facing constitutes a true medical emergency. This service allows you to connect with a licensed veterinarian for immediate guidance. Whether you need help assessing if your pet requires emergency care or want advice on at-home remedies to keep them comfortable until our next business day, VetTriage is available around the clock.

VetTriage prevents unnecessary traveling and costs to you, our valued pet parent, and allows our staff to get the much needed rest they need so they can provide the excellent service you are used to receiving during operating hours. Getting that peace of mind is priceless! We know that you will find VetTriage veterinarians knowledgeable, compassionate, and timely. Our office will continue to offer urgent care and same-day services during regular business hours!
