Pumpkin cheesecake, but make it pup-friendly! 🎃🐶

🐾 Ingredients 🐾
Crust:
• 1 cup What’s Barking Pumpkin Cinnamon Treats, crumbled
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

Cheesecake filling:
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup cream cheese
• 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, divided
• 1 egg
• 4-5 What’s Barking Pumpkin Cinnamon Treats, crumbled

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine the crust ingredients and press into two 4-inch springform pans. Bake for 8 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
3. Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of the pumpkin purée, and egg until smooth. Fold in the crumbled Pumpkin Cinnamon treats.
4. Place the springform pans on a rimmed baking sheet. Divide the filling between the pans, leaving about 1/2 inch of space at the top. Dollop a large spoonful of pumpkin purée into each cheesecake and gently swirl.
5. Carefully pour water into the baking sheet until it reaches approximately 1/2 inch deep.
6. Bake for 50 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers have a slight jiggle.
7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecakes inside with the door closed to cool gradually. Refrigerate until chilled before serving.
8. Watch your dog devour them!
