For a great little gift for only $15, I have a Christmas bag with honey, mint tea from Germany, a lemon (because this combination makes my favorite tea) plus a few chocolates.

Email me at [email protected] if you want one of these. I only have 6 boxes of tea from Germany.

At last Thursdays event, someone stole all of my vases for flowers. Please bring them back. People are always selling from me and not CKC - guess I have better stuff. I did have some inside to use today.

When I return, Henry at Danco on Gist Ave is putting in a security system for me -- the top floor is missing 2 boxes with items worth 10s of thousands of $. Of course, I was not going to sell the items but donate them.

I am picking flowers now. Lots of Dahlias which are beautiful this time of year. This is the last market.

PERSIMMONS - $1 each

I have picked 8 boxes so far of persimmons. I need to get more boxes. There is one persimmon on the top that is dead ripe! Many are orangish and need about a week -- longer if you want them soft for baking.

When they are hard but orange, you can slice them like crackers and add a slice of cinnamon rind cheese from Trader Joe's.

One lady grills the slices with honey on top. Sounds really good.

The 8 boxes are on the front porch. There will be a large bell to ring to get Bill's attention. You can also bag what you need and leave the money in the brown bean pot on the porch.

I do have beautiful parsley. You can keep it in water until you need it or freeze the leaves until you need them for cooking. Some people make pesto with these since basil is gone now.

PARSLEY & HERBS are always $1 a bunch

I will be in Europe from October 23 until November 21. The Persimmons will remain on the porch.
On October 23, a friend will pick persimmons from the tree for a non-profit.

[email protected] -- I can be reached in Europe. Watch my page for educational updates. As a New Ager from the 1960s, I bury crystals and Bermuda sand at the concentration camps.
