I cannot even begin to explain how excited I am to finally say… Pampered Paws is back up and running! 🐾💗

First, I just want to say thank you for your patience, support, and understanding while I’ve been down. It’s been a challenging season, and I truly appreciate every single one of you who stuck with me through it.

Hi everyone 🤍

I want to sincerely apologize if you’ve experienced delayed responses from me recently. The last few weeks has brought unexpected equipment issues with my RV, and I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get everything repaired as quickly as possible.

I also want to reassure everyone — this is not the end of Pampered Paws. This is simply a temporary setback, and I am fully committed to continuing to serve my amazing clients and their pups.

Scheduled appointments will always have first priority once everything is fully up and running. As soon as I have confirmed repair timelines, I will begin reaching out to reschedule anyone affected. Online booking is temporarily disabled until further notice.

💔 Temporary Service Update 💔

Unfortunately, my RV is temporarily out of service(again!😭) due to my water heater busting from the extreme cold weather and my generator needing a replacement part.

This has been a tough and unexpected setback, and while it’s frustrating, my priority is making sure everything is repaired properly and safely before getting back on the road.

I truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding during this time. Your support means more to me than I can put into words. I’ll share an update as soon as I’m able to resume services. Thank you for sticking with me. 🐾💗

To ensure my business runs smoothly and I can continue providing the best care possible, returning clients will need to be ongoing clients and not one-and-done grooms. Consistency helps me give your pups the best experience 🐶✨

I have temporarily disabled online booking while I catch up from the past two weeks of missed work due to unexpected vehicle issues. Online scheduling will remain unavailable until the beginning of the new year.

I was not prepared for the cold weather and neither was my RV 😭 fingers crossed it’s not a hard fix, hopefully will be up and running by Friday. 🤞🏼
