Sometimes you just have to roll around in the grass with a dog. Nora wasn’t taking no for an answer and I find her to be simply irresistible.
Nora is thriving with us . After finding out that she’s allergic to corn, peas , dust mites, and chicken, we were able to provide her with the special food that she needs to get her skin under control. Whoever adopts this sweet girl is LUCKY. Her mammary mass will most likely be removed soon but will wait for her spay date to avoid two trips to the vet and two procedures going under . She’s ten , house trained, great with everything. She’s the most loving creature I think we’ve ever had at DVHS and I envy the person who brings her home .

“George” has found his way to our shelter ! Found on Briar Creek Rd Otego wearing a current rabies tag and he’s chipped!! We love that ! We were able to trace his owner by these identifications and we’re now trying to reach him! David Grimm-come get your boy! We’re back at 8 am tomorrow! Please bring his hearing aides cause this boy can’t hear a thing !

This handsome or pretty feline is making his or her rounds around Martin Brook St in Unadilla. We’ve all made sure that this beauty didn’t go hungry but now it is time to find an owner or it looks like I’ll be having a copilot on my way to work tomorrow! Super friendly but does appear to have some breathing issues (no cold symptoms that I can see but definitely sounds like something’s going on ) I didn’t handle him or her at all because I am a stickler about keeping my cat healthy. Please let me know if this cat is yours and I’ll happily bring him or her home to you

This one right here 👇🏽 ❤️ We are so lucky to have such a compassionate and supportive shelter nearby that NEVER hesitates to help when we reach out . Never have We heard the response “not my jurisdiction “ when we ask them for their assistance.
