🐾 Happy Veterinary Technician Week! 🐾
This week, we want to recognize our incredible veterinary technicians and assistants for everything they do, much of which happens behind the scenes.
From comforting nervous pets during blood draws and cleaning up the never-ending messes, to monitoring anesthesia, taking X-rays, assisting in surgery, and caring for large animals out in the field, these individuals wear a lot of hats.
Veterinary medicine comes with long hours, stressful situations, physically demanding work, and some pretty tough days. Through it all, our team continues to show up with compassion, dedication, and a willingness to do whatever needs to be done. We appreciate you!

Meet Bear! 🐶 Our new Pet of the Month! Bear is four years old and loves to be outside! When he's not trotting around with a ball in his mouth, you might find him playing tug of war with his 10 month old brother, Bow; also a lab! He is a snuggle bug and often mistakes his large size for that of a lap dog! Bear has a pancreatic disorder, so he doesn't get many treats. Dr. Gretchen saved his life last April by treating his pancreatitis very quickly!
